Kashvi Agro is managed by Vinaya Tripathi along with Mr Sunil Kumar Singh( aquaculturist with an experience of more than twenty eight years).

Vinaya Tripathi is a seasoned professional with an MBA in Marketing and over three decades of diverse industry experience. My career began in the insurance sector, where I received numerous country-level awards. This success laid the foundation for my subsequent venture into real estate, where we’ve established thriving branches in Lucknow and Dubai.

After an intensive year of research and engagement across various sectors, including hands-on training and workshops in aquaculture and organic farming, I’ve turned my focus toward sustainable agriculture. In collaboration with farmers across India, we now manage over 300 government-allotted ponds for aquaculture, where we breed and harvest fish, and more than 200 acres of land dedicated to organic farming.

These resources are rich with potential, yet many farmers face challenges in realizing substantial returns. To address this, I’m investing my own funds and inviting like-minded investors to join in creating a profitable and socially impactful venture. This initiative not only promises attractive, tax-free returns but also supports the growth of sustainable farming practices, empowering rural communities.
